Mostly As, Bs, Cs, Ds?
If any of the answers resonated, the Mama Retreat Days are for you!
If you are lacking in energy, sleep-deprived?
Come and rest, and feel invigorated.
Want time to yourself? Time to think about you?
Sort through your thoughts, listen to your inner wisdom.
People person or introvert?
Engage as much or little as you want. No need to share. Quiet corners and friendly chat. Come together in respectful community.
Whoo or noooo?
All the activities are backed by research to boost your wellbeing hormones, lower your blood pressure, etc. (I’m a science gal.) And also steeped in ancient traditions, of nature and labyrinths. But then the original witches were midwives and pharmacists.
Pregnant? Little ones? Big ones? Grandbabies?
The Mama Retreat Days are for all mums and those who mother, no matter how old, or young, your children are. In fact, often mums and their mums come together. And sisters, friends. Non-crawling/moving babies are welcome. As are practitioners, doulas, yoga teachers etc.
Did you know that 80% of people who come on one of my retreat days have been before? Some book onto one every year.
I also know that some of you have doubts, questions, anxieties about attending one.
I hope this post has helped you to feel it is for you, you can come.
If you have any questions, please ask. There is no silly question.
