Baby Sleep Facilitator training
Train to deliver Baby Sleep Workshops that set expectations, bust myths, promote responsiveness and brain development, and support parents to work out strategies to help them cope.
Prevailing Western culture puts babies and parents in conflict, based on Victorian ideals, and not on science. Train to help parents to trust their instinct and follow their baby.
This is not a sleep solutions workshop, but focused on expectations, infant brain development, attachment, biological norms, and individual differences (parent and baby).
There is so much unhelpful rubbish told to parents. They deserve evidence based, practical, and realistic information.

this is me
I have over twenty years of experience of facilitating courses, workshops, drop in groups for parents and parents-to-be. From parenting programmes, baby massage courses, antenatal workshops/classes to baby and toddler groups and wellbeing events. (See the 'about me' page to read more.)
I managed a Sure Start children's centre for 8 years. While there I co-wrote a postnatal course, Baby Days, and trained local authority staff to deliver it. (It's still going.)
When I left and went independent with Chilled Mama, in 2015, I developed my own workshops and courses, based on my training and experience.
I am now sharing these with you.
