Covers: healing from your previous birth; getting a copy of your notes; choosing between vbac and another caesarean birth; likelihood of it happening again; how your previous birth may impact the chance of vbac; how to increase the chance of a vbac; how to advocate for your choices; what is the evidence around uterine rupture (likelihood, signs, and what you can do).
Options: hospital birth, midwife led centre/birth centre, home birth, waterbirth, monitoring options, induction, elective and non-elective caesarean births. Includes template letters, and birth plan templates.
