About the event
Are you wondering when your little one's sleep will improve? Why everyone else's baby seems to sleep though?
Are you fed up of well-meaning advice? Or you've tried it all and it still doesn't work?
Would you like to avoid cry-it-out methods but are desperate for some sleep?
We're led to think that babies' sleep improves gradually over time, when it doesn't. There are lots of things that happen to babies 6-12 months that can change their sleep.
Developmentally, there are key developmental skills, 6 - 12 months, that affect sleep: roll overing, crawling, standing up, walking, teeth, talking.
Plus there's changes to daytime naps, moving into their own room, moving to their own bed, and starting childcare to navigate.
