About the event
Super relaxing wellbeing day for mums of children of any age. Unique experiences to help you unwind, tune into yourself, connect with nature, and with each other.
Deep relaxations, mindfulness, forest bathing, fire pit, and walking a labyrinth. All activities are optional. You can just chill if you want.
Whatever is going on in your life, take a day off to relax, to heal, to find clarity, and self-acceptance.
Come with a friend, your mum, or on your own.
Croft Farm Escape is a wonderful retreat venue with a boho/festival vibe, in its own corner of nature. A thoroughly eco and community ethos runs through the entire venue. We will spend a fair bit of time outside in the woodland, fields and around the fire pit, and if the weather is good we will eat outside.
