Making a late pregnancy plan: what could happen, decision making, changing plans, and looking after yourself.
Tears and episiotomies: prevention and care, inc OASI bundle & finger up your bum.. Key things you need to know about this wide spread practise so you can be informed and prepared, and able to make decisions for your birth plan, and on the day.
Waterbirth: your questions answered, from practicalities to safety.
Your queries about your situation, and anything birth or baby related.
