4 week online course with Chilled Mama Cathy. What if you could prepare body and mind for childbirth while daydreaming? It is possible. I've done it. And I've taught it for almost 20 years with wonderful feedback. Enjoy deep relaxation. Learn simple tools and tricks to de-stress and release tension quickly and easily. Understand what happens to your body in labour, and how you can help. Have tools to you and your partner can use even in labour, even if it doesn't go to plan. Sleep better. Prepare your body and mind for childbirth while daydreaming. Based on tried and tested relaxation techniques and specially created visualisations this is a pregnancy relaxation and birth prep course in one, led by experienced antenatal teacher and birth doula. Four week online course via Zoom. Specially recorded relaxation and visualisations MP3s to download and listen in between the sessions, up to and during the birth of your baby, including one for caesarean birth preparation. Visualisations include: relaxing on a beach, a hill walk, holding your baby, sea waves. You do not need to be good at relaxation. You do not need to be good at visualising a whole landscape, you can focus on remembering smells or sounds. The course will help you be more skilled. Plus: simple relaxation techniques, deep full body relaxations, and I will share a very simple tip for 'breathing through contractions/surges/waves of power'.
